
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides academic and enrollment services.
It maintains student records and transcripts for all current students, processes transcripts for alumni/ae, manages course information, including the registration process, schedules, grading, degree progress, classroom assignments, scheduling of final examinations, certification of enrollment and degrees awarded. In addition, it coordinates inter-institutional arrangements and oversees the protection and release of academic records.

Transcripts
- If you graduated before 1980, received a Doctor of Ministry degree, or wish to receive and/or send a paper copy of your transcript, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
- If you graduated 1980 or later, you may order an electronic transcript online.
- Princeton Seminary has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide electronic transcript ordering via the Web. You may order electronic transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order is completed.
